I love working with teenagers, as they are often like sponges – keen to learn, reflect, and grow. In my work with adolescents, I often use parts of, or the full, SAIL Model to help them achieve their goals. Parents and teachers frequently report significant positive changes in the teenager’s mood and behavior.
